About Me

My photo
I believe that treasuring the people in our life not only helps the people in our life but helps US. It is so easy to get so caught up in the daily routine of life that we forget the best gifts are the people that live with us. I want to use my camera and vision to show you what you have in the connections to the people you love. It is the greatest treasure we have in this life. When a mom can see how her children listen to her and respond to her she knows her daily energy into her family is building people. When a man can see that the best life has to offer him is in his own house that is a beautiful thing. It is something I can do. I want to be a blessing and that is what heals me ! I love this job ! I truly believe families can be glued together with one really special photograph. It is such a cool thing to walk into a family feel the dynamics that are unique to their special relationships and translate that into a hard copy image. Sometimes we need to have a real image in our hand of what we hope with our heart is true. I want to do that for you ! I am a proud member of the professional photographers association 770.547.1018

Favorite Mother's Day memory...

I am thinking about mother's day this sunday... Being a momma has been the most rewarding, life altering experience of my life. It is such a great path to walk beside these little gifts who turn into these very cool almost grown ups !! I really like my children I always have... Someone told me that all you can do is enjoy your children in every stage they go thru as they go thru it .... That is so true. There have been many stages I wish I could have made last just a little longer and honestly some I am really glad are history ! I hated Potty training ! My favorite mother's day memory was a sunday when my girls, as my present, gave me a concert... They gave me a hymn book and said pick any hymn you want to hear in three part harmony and we will sing for 45 minutes.... It was my favorite gift !!!! Of all the things I love I think the sound of my children even now that they are 16-23 is the very best sound in the world.. I wish that concert had been recorded or someone had been there to take a picture but I can tell you my ears filed it away and my eyes filed it away into my heart in a way it will last forever to me. The best gifts are those that do not cost anything but time and imagination and thoughtfulness... I would love to hear your favorite Mother's Day memory.. Leave me a comment and tell me yours.
