My baby just turned 18 :(

My baby boy Elijah just turned 18 :( i have five children that are no longer children and it is just so weird ! i feel as if i have been mothering most of my life and I am excited and struggling with this new chapter of motherhood. the chapter where none of them live with me anymore. I find myself longing for the sound of them getting up or getting ready for bed, brushing their teeth... the normal stuff. You raise them to leave you but how awful is that ! Elijah is a senior this year and is going to leave me soon :( Someone told me when all of mine were really small and it felt as though life would be that way forever... to just enjoy every stage... I am trying hard to enjoy this stage when they are not a room away or in the same room.. GO HUG YOUR LITTLE KIDS !!! :) Have a good weekend !
