Jaquie's Journey

This session was so special. I met Jaquie last year when we did her senior pictures. Her mom came with us and we had such a great time :) I knew then just how much she loved her. Jaquie had a terrible accident this summer and has been on this journey ever since. She has such a strong support system it was beautiful to see. She has good friends who have been with her every step of the way. She has a momma who shares all the joy and all the pain... She is a good Momma ! She has a Daddy who has been willing to pick up his baby girl anytime she needs to get out of the chair.. Jaquie , I know you can see all the love around you... Even your friends have dyed thier hair pink for you :) Gotten pink braclets in support of you.. Love is always beautiful ! Every session I photograph I learn something about the people I photograph and I learn something about me... Jaquie, you are truly a beautiful girl so blessed to have the people in your life that are there to hold you, cheer for you...and just be there... This session was so sweet to me.. Thank you for making me a part of this experience ! I know I am sharing a few more images than usual but I thought it was important to tell this story of love.














Jaquie had a few request about the images she wanted to remember this time in her life. She has had to rely on her Daddy to take her where she needs to be and she wanted some pictures of her Daddy carrying her. Love is so beautiful...








Jaquie wanted to try to stand and have a picture of her standing. She stood longer than she has before and it was sooooooo wonderful for all of us !!!!
