Heads up...

I wanted to give all my loyal clients a heads up... We have experienced some good things in the last two years. Something wonderful is about to happen ! I am about to launch a NEW exciting website ! You all have helped my business grow and I think I am ready for a pro photographer website.... :) I hope all of you will follow me....and enjoy my site !!! I have decided to use my name for my business. I think it will be easier for some people to find my site. The new name and site will be Cindy Harter Photography.

Look at her face and tell me how excited you think I am to be chosen to take her picture !!!! :) What a beautiful girl !!! We had great weather , a beautiful girl and a mom who was soooo helpful! Thank you Collette ! We spend so many hours, tears and prayers on our children and then they grow up right under our noses.. It is such a bittersweet time. You know you want them to fly and yet you hate for them to fly... I have been here and it is so exciting to watch the direction our childrens lives take. It takes courage to be a momma ! All we can do is love them as much as we can love them in every stage of their life... Soak her up Collette.... Jackie, you have a momma who loves you ! That is a huge gift !

triplet boys .....

I had the sweetest session today.... Have you ever met someone new and you just knew what kind of human they were ? Well, that is what happened to me today. These precious sweet little boys are blessed with a momma who has a good heart to her bones. It was all over her ! I am learning over and over that being a photographer probably blesses me more than it could any client I serve. This is a woman who LOVES her boys. She carefully explains anything that is running round in their curious little heads... she hugs them when they fall down.... tells them the names of creatures they come accross and makes sure they follow directions and say yes mam... ! They are smart, secure and very polite... She is dedicating the most important chapter to making sure they are all they have the opportunity to be :) She thinks they are a gift to her but one day they will understand the gift she is giving them... I think you can tell I was moved by meeting this very active little group ! I am giving you a few to look at from our session today... Look at the eyes on all these boys ! WOW, beautiful... I hope this will be the first of many sessions. Thank you for choosing me to spend time with today :)

The cutest 3 yr old !!!!

Bethany, you are the cutest thing ever !!! I had so much fun with you.... Hanging out with you and your siblings today helped me take a trip thru my memory lane when all five of my kids were home and I still had little ones :) Thank you for that ! Lori, you are such a wonderful Mom... Thank you for asking me to take Bethany's 3 yr old pictures...

3 beautiful girls....

I had a first with this shoot.... I met them at a location and then we rode together to where we shot the pictures.. It was about a 30 minute ride and these precious little girls sang to me almost all the way there ! It was sooooo special ! You should hear the voices from these two.. Little angels... This was a very special shoot and I hope you can see what I saw in your images. Enjoy a sneek peek :) Thank you for spending your afternoon with me and my camera.

Friends should be treasured !

Tonight I am reflective and so thankful for the good things in my life ! I have so many good friends.... A sweet friend lost her mother this week and found this poem in her mother's room. Her mom wrote these words and wisdom is a gift that sometimes only comes with years of living and walking in this life. It has been a gift to me today along with precious unexpected visits ( you know who you are, thank you !! ) My sweet pixel Chicks... Thank you for sharing my vision and passion for photography and helping me learn this craft and for being willing to take this journey with me. To all my clients... thank you for letting me into your life !

Comes The Dawn

After awhile you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul,
And you learn that love doesn't mean leaning
And company doesn't mean security,
And you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts

I don't photograph families with dogs that often so this was a new experience :) Dogs and a little person... but the dogs and little person were great !! So were the big people ! I had a great time meeting you and we had beautiful weather.. YEY!! Enjoy just a few here....
